Lot 1-  

  • Parapet wall, block work and plastering completed. 

Lot 2-  

  • Roofing parapet wall block and plastering completed. 

Lot 3-  

  • Parapet block wall 90% done. 

Lot 4-  

  • Parapet block wall 90% done. 

Lot 5 (10% to end of milestone 5)-  

  • The slab casting is 100% done.
  • Column boarding and casting 30% done,

Lot 6 (30% to end of milestone 5)-  

  • Block work completed.  
  • Column boarding casting 45% 
  • Slab losing almost completed.  

Lot 7 (60% to end of milestone 5)–  

  • Block work 100% done.  
  • Column boarding 100% done. 

Lot 8-  

  • Plastering 90% done. 
  • Parapet wall 70% done. 

Lot 11 (60% to end of milestone 4)- 

  • Slab casting completed.

Lot 13 (90% to end of milestone 5)-  

  • The block work is 100% done.  
  • Column casting is 100%. done. 
  • plumbing work 20%(1 basement flat) 

Lot 14 (70% to end of milestone 4)-  

  • Plumbing and electrical work has been completed for the first two units. 
  •  While the second two unites reinforcement, work completed. 
  • Electrical work completed.  
  • Casting in view.  

Lot 15 (90% to end of milestone 5)-  

  • Block work above lintels are 50% done with all columns installed with casting 98% completed. 

Lot 16- 

  • Basement carpeting work ongoing. 

FD 1-6 (70% to end of milestone 4)-  

  • Slab all casted.  

FD 7 (50% to end of milestone 7)-  

  • The carpentry work is done. 
  •  Roof beam ready for casting. 

FD 8- 

  • Parapet wall in progress. 

FD 9- 

  • Parapet wall in progress. 
  • Screeding (external) 70% done. 

FD 10-11 (70% to end of milestone 3)-  

  • The block to ground floor slab is 100% done. 
  • Column casting 98% done.
